But it wasn’t always that way for me. For years, I was on autopilot - living in go mode, chasing deadlines, late nights out and living on coffee. I had dreams, adventures and a life I loved, but I wasn’t tuned in to my body.
Then, in my mid-twenties, I ditched the pill and made a conscious choice to listen. To really feel what my body was telling me and to understand its rhythms, especially as I started dreaming about having a baby one day.
It wasn’t instant or perfect, it was a journey of learning, letting go of stress and slowly reconnecting with my cycle and my fertility (even though babies weren’t on the cards yet). .
Now, I support women just like you - women who’ve spent their 20s exploring, travelling, partying, building businesses and living life to the fullest step into pre-conception with confidence.
